🏍️ A Day at World Superbikes with Brembo! 🏁

Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending the World Superbikes with Brembo, and what an incredible day it was!

The hospitality was absolutely first class – a huge thank you to the Brembo team for making us feel so welcome.

As mechanics, it made a nice change to be on the other side of the fence for once, watching the professionals prepare, maintain and repair the bikes between sessions. The level of precision, teamwork and attention to detail was seriously impressive.

It was a fantastic opportunity to see the world’s best riders and teams in action, pick up a few insights, and appreciate the engineering that goes into top-level motorsport.

Thanks again to Brembo & Grant Gourlay at LKQ Euro Car Parts for an unforgettable experience. Days like these remind us why we love what we do. 🔧🏍️

🏁 RACE REPORT – ROUND 4 | BRANDS HATCH 🏁

Another brilliant weekend on track for Buster 💚🏍️

With temperatures soaring above 30°C, it was a challenging weekend from the very first test session. The bike was running hot, but so was the weather! After chasing a few setup changes throughout the day, we were ready to get racing.

🏁 Qualifying
A strong qualifying session saw Buster battling tricky conditions, including a large wet patch on the circuit. After a red flag cut the session short, he secured a fantastic:

🥈 P3 Overall | P2 in Class

🏁 Race 1
A great launch off the line led to an incredible battle throughout the race. Wheel-to-wheel action from start to finish made this one of the most enjoyable races to watch out of the whole season so far!

🥈 P2 Overall | 🥇 P1 in Class

🏁 Race 2
Starting from P5 meant plenty of overtaking to do. Despite charging through the field, the class leader had just edged too far ahead.

🥉 P3 Overall | 🥈 P2 in Class

🏁 Race 3
Well what can we say other than what a race! A hard-fought battle all race long and some fantastic moves ended in the best possible result…

Well done BB74 Racing as always we are so proud of you!

Also scroll all the way through and you’ll see our Charlotte, not just recently released, but rather doing as she does best and helping where help is needed. They were 15 marshalls down and Charlotte put her self forward to help out, now if that doesn’t require a shout out then I don’t know what does!

☀️ A massive THANK YOU to our incredible mechanics! ☀️

Over the last few days, our team have been out on the road and in the garage working through 30°C+ heat, making sure our customers stay safe and on the move.

From emergency breakdowns and roadside repairs to servicing, diagnostics and welding, they’ve kept going with a smile despite the scorching temperatures. 💪🔧

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to all of our customers for your patience and continued support. It really does mean the world to our small family business.

📍 Based near Cutthorpe, Chesterfield

🔧 The role will include:

✔️ Servicing & repairs
✔️ Diagnostics & fault finding
✔️ Clutches
✔️ Timing belts & timing chains
✔️ Engine repairs
✔️ MOT repairs & preparation
✔️ Welding & fabrication
✔️ Cars, vans & light commercial vehicles

No two days will be the same, with a varied workload and the opportunity to work on everything from everyday vehicles to fleet and warranty work.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Full UK driving licence
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Experience with clutches, timing belts & timing chains preferred

💚🏆 WHAT A WEDNESDAY! 🏆💚

Although Craig didn’t bring home the trophy this time, we couldn’t be prouder of him for being shortlisted as a finalist for the Automechanik of the Year Award 2026! 👏🔧

To be recognised amongst some of the very best technicians in the country is an incredible achievement in itself and a testament to the hard work, dedication and passion he puts into the job every single day.

If I’m honest, I might be even prouder that he actually attended the awards with the possibility of having to get up on stage! 😂🙈 Anyone who knows Craig knows that standing in front of a room full of people isn’t exactly his favourite thing!

We had an absolutely fantastic day and evening at the UK Garage & Bodyshop Event & Automechanika Awards, meeting some truly inspiring people from across the industry and learning so much along the way.

It was great to spend time with some amazing businesses and individuals who all share the same passion for raising standards within the automotive industry.

A huge congratulations to all of the finalists and winners – what an achievement for everyone involved. 👏

This may not have been our year, but we’re leaving feeling more motivated than ever. The support we’ve received has been incredible and we’re only just getting started.

We’ll be back there next year, bigger and better than ever before! 💚🚐🔧

🚨 BIG NEWS FROM BERESFORD’S! 🚨

Well… it’s finally time to let the cat out of the bag! 😂

Over the next month, we’ll be opening Beresford’s Garage! 🎉🔧

What started as one van and a dream has grown into something we could only have imagined a few years ago, and we’re incredibly excited about what’s coming next.

The garage will allow us to offer even more services to our customers, including:

✔️ Timing Belts
✔️ Timing Chains
✔️ Large MOT Repair Jobs
✔️ Welding
✔️ Wheel Alignment & Tracking
✔️ Engine Repairs
✔️ Diagnostics
✔️ Fleet Maintenance
✔️ And pretty much anything else you can throw at us! 😂

The only thing we won’t be doing just yet is MOTs…

BUT… I can assure you that’s already in the pipeline too! I mean, come on, it’s me… I don’t do things by halves! 😂🙈

And before anyone starts panicking…

🚐 THE VANS AREN’T GOING ANYWHERE! 🚐

Our mobile service will continue exactly as it is, with our vans still out and about doing what they do best – bringing professional servicing, diagnostics and repairs directly to your home or workplace.

In fact, things are only getting better.

Being VAT registered means we’ll now be able to take on warranty work, opening up even more options for our customers.

For our fleet customers, you’ll now have the choice of:

🚐 Mobile servicing and repairs

The best of both worlds! 🤷‍♀️

We’ll also be offering:

🏁🔥 WHAT A WEEKEND AT CROFT! 🔥🏁

Massive congratulations to Buster after an absolutely incredible performance at Round 3 of the No Limits Club Sport Cup (Cup 600)! 💪🏍️

Results for the weekend:

🏁 Qualifying – P4
🥉 Race 1 – P3
🥇 Race 2 – P1!!!!!!
🥉 Race 3 – P3

Watching all three races was something else! (Well… only part of Race 3 for me because I genuinely couldn’t keep watching at one point had to cover my eyes – it was that spicy at the start! 😂🌶️)

Buster well and truly showed everyone exactly what he’s made of this weekend. His riding was outstanding from start to finish, and the bike proved once again that it’s a machine not to be messed with. She’s an absolute diamond! 💎🏍️

There was a slight issue towards the end of the third and final race with the rear wheel losing grip, so Buster sensibly managed the situation and brought it home in a comfortable P3 finish to round off an amazing weekend.

To come away with a race win, two podiums and a strong qualifying result is an incredible achievement and one that everyone involved should be proud of.

Now the preparations begin and the excitement starts building for Brands Hatch at the end of the month – one of my favourite circuits! 👌🏁

Super proud of you as always, Buster. The hard work, determination and talent are really paying off, and we can’t wait to see what Brands Hatch has in store. 👏🔥

We’re up at Croft Circuit this weekend supporting Buster for Round 3 of the No Limits Club Sport Cup (Cup 600) 🔥

Everything is set up, the bike is prepped, and we’re ready to get underway for what should be another fantastic weekend of racing.

A huge amount of hard work goes into getting to the grid, and we’re proud to be part of the journey and supporting Buster throughout the season.
