Amazing results on this Mercedes A35 this afternoon.
The car was treated to…
A standard interior clean with the added extra of some leather care to try and breathe some life back into the leather which just didn’t look its best in places.
On to the outside…
A deep wheel clean to get rid of every spec of brake dust and bring them back to that lovely matte black finish ✅
A pre wash including bug and insect removal and a snow foam ❄️
A hand wash, then followed by a glue and tar removal, once again working in by hand to try and get rid of all tar and glue that was stuck to the car. This included left over glue from the old ‘silver’ badges on the wings which had been replaced by black badges and placed a bit further up. Once complete, iron fallout was applied to get rid of the rest of the contamination followed by another hand wash 🧽
With the car already looking much nicer the next step was to clay bar the car… this step really does humble you and makes you realise there is still so much dirt and grime to pull off of the car. After much more elbow grease I was fully happy that the car was ready for the next step 💪🏻
I dried the car off to make sure I had gotten rid of every spec of dirt and I was happy, so the next step was to seal the car with polar seal to compliment the polar blast snowfoam used at the beginning. This is where the satisfaction happens as every bit of water now effortlessly beads off of the car… a properly clean car! 💎
Body and wheels dried, windows polished, door sills wiped and a satin tyre dressing applied (none of the awful looking gloss crap!) and voila, looking as good as the day it left the Mercedes show room 5 years ago!
This car has joined the monthly maintenance wash meaning hopefully the customer won’t need to fork out for this doing for quite some time now. If you like your car looking fresh all year round this is by the far the most cost effective way of doing so!
If you’re still reading, well done as I even got bored typing this 😴
