Our external Spectrum 75 solar window film applied to this glazing to help reduce the solar heat gain into the property. Nearly 70% visible light transmission and 40% + heat rejection. This summer season's winner!

To give you an idea of 70% visible light transmission. As clear as the front door windows and windscreen of your car. Keeping it clear allows for a more natural view looking from the inside.

The same windows, but inside looking out at the view with the film applied.

A sunroom with a darker external solar window film Spectrum 40 EXT (40% visible light transmission) to help with glare as well as heat and fading of furnishings without making it too dark inside. The external film has been chosen because it works better at keeping the room cooler over an equivalent internal option. The heat from the sun hits the film before entering the sealed unit reducing the pressure on this type of glazing (Velux) which incorporates laminated glass.

One of many roofs we've tinted/filmed with our Dual 15V solar window film over this very warm summer season.

Something slightly different viewed from the inside.
Using our Natural 40 solar window film, this cathedral like window/building needed protection from the morning sun and heat build up in the room.
More and more properties are still being built to deal with the cooler months with less opening vent windows to allow for creating draughts and flow of natural air that we need to have all year round. This amounts to the warmer months being a problem in how to get rid of any trapped hot air.
Window can play its part in helping to slow the heat gain through the glazing and keep the property within an acceptable temperature range.

Looking from the outside. It's hard to believe this is the same film (Natural 40). Its reflective nature helps with privacy, moderate solar heat gain reduction, UV rejection and an all year round winner in light and heat control, bringing a sensible balance to your property.

Windscreen Sunstrips. Tiny touches that can make a huge difference to your driving experience. The low sun or bright sun glare can be really annoying and even lead to slowing the car down to a walking pace at times. Not good if you have traffic following you or coming up fast behind you.

Fitting -
We talk you through the film choices and offer sensible and honest advice about the positioning of the sunstrip to avoid any visibility issues including the laws in place. There are different light transmission films depending on your eye sensitivity which you can trial first.
We're able to adapt the sunstrip around the technology attached to the interior rear view mirror without any problems.

Window films don't need to be dark tinted or highly reflective to reduce the solar heat gain into a property.
This high light transmission film is able to reduce quite sensible levels of heat without compromising the natural daylight into the room. This is something more and more people are wanting when they come to us for help. With access to multiple brands, colours and technical specifications, we're able to assist you in finding a film that'll suit your needs.
We offer both internal and external versions, the latter offering better heat rejection rates, and all still have the 99% UV filtering inbuilt, just like all our solar films.
If you'd like to know more about these marvellous films and want us to visit to measure up and show you some film samples, please get in touch.

Another tidy transformation today at Tinting Express.

This Porsche Macan came in with a tired, faded B-pillar, so we wrapped it in gloss black vinyl to bring back that fresh, factory-style finish. It’s a small detail, but it really sharpens up the whole look of the car.

If your trim is scratched, faded or just needs smartening up, drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
