Really wonderful to see the puffin parents flying back to the island with beaks full of fish! Lucky little pufflings! ❤️ They’ll be getting big now!

We’d like to introduce you to our beach sauna 🪵🔥🌊☀️🏖️

Our sauna is based in Beaumaris, a 10 minute walk up the road from the pier on the beach at Gallows Point boat yard. It’s wood fired, totally off grid and BEAUTIFUL ❤️

🌊 One hour either side of high water it’s not even a minute walk to get into the sea, or if you book over low water (or don’t fancy the sea) we have a cold plunge tank and a cold shower!

What we offer ~

🪵Private and shared sessions, 50 minutes and 80 minutes.
🪵 Sauna passes for discounts on multiple sessions.
🪵 Loyalty cards.
🪵 Larger groups or longer sessions on request.
🪵 Breathwork sessions.
🪵 Hire of the site for use if you are a yoga teacher or similar.

Lots of puffins out on the water yesterday, and tonnes in the air, but you’ll have to take our word for it! They can flap their wings up to 400 times a minute….try catching that on camera! 📸
