Very happy with the service as a woman who, very clearly and undeniably, knows nothing about cars. I had an MOT and service. My issues were explained thoroughly, and I was given clear instruction and options regarding moving forward. These options led to me halting my repairs while deciding my options, and there was no charge for the labour involved. This shows great integrity and a dedication to customer service, by informing and empowering customers to make the best choice for themselves. I could have easily been persuaded to buy whatever was recommended, but they put honesty and integrity over an easy sale.
The ladies on reception are lovely and were very patient and helpful to my individual needs and requests.
