Not every job goes exactly by the book… 👨‍🔧

This 2018 Seat Leon 5F came in for a full DPF solution and a custom Stage 1 tune. While stripping it down, we found the drop links had seen better days, so instead of working around them, we removed them ready for replacement.

Normally, we leave the drop links attached to the anti-roll bar and simply swing it forward out of the way, but every car is different and sometimes it’s worth taking the extra step to do the job properly.

Once everything was back together, we completed the software work and finished it off with our custom Stage 1 calibration, giving the car improved drivability, stronger performance, and no more DPF headaches.

We don’t just plug in a laptop and press a button—we make sure the mechanical side is right too. 👌

Mercedes A180D this morning for stage 1 Tune 💨

Not every dyno tune goes to plan… 👀

This Seat Cupra 300 came in expecting a straightforward dyno tune. The first power run looked healthy, putting down 298bhp & 399Nm.

We loaded our custom tune and that’s when things took a turn…

❌ Misfire.
❌ Limp mode.
❌ Fault code for cylinder 1.

This car had supposedly been serviced by the dealer just 3 months ago, but rather than guessing, we diagnosed it properly.

Spark plugs were inspected and replaced as a precaution. Then we swapped coil packs between cylinders 1 and 4. The misfire followed the coil pack straight to cylinder 4… diagnosis confirmed.

A new coil pack was ordered, fitted, and it was back onto the dyno for one final run.

The result? 💥

✅ 357bhp
✅ 495Nm
✅ Smooth power delivery with zero misfires.

Another happy customer, another Cupra leaving stronger, healthier, and exactly as it should be. 👊

Not the typical job for us today! Audi A1 in for front brake pads and front lower suspension arms. Fortunately the underneath wasn’t rotten so everything came off and went on nice and easy.
