Closer look at this A45 AMG we had in for a custom cat-back.

We built a custom 3 inch valved system, along with a res delete, just to upset the customers next door neighbor. 👊

From standard these come with just a single valve, so we upgraded it to a dual valve setup. With the valves open it completely bypasses the back section so there's little to no restriction.

Nice and quiet with the valves shut though, so won't have a headache on those longer drives. 🤣

Another MK7 Golf R in for a custom system.

We do these week in week out, and it's certainly night and day difference on this platform.

We replaced the majority of the standard system with a 3" valved cat back. We also put in a centre res to minimise any drone when the valves are open.

Definitely a must have setup if you're planning on increasing power, with the increased flow.

A closer look at the M140i big power build.

The customer picked this up not too long ago, with all the fancy mods you could think of for a really well setup track car.

That being said, it had a huge restriction with its exhaust system. Completely standard with no modifications, which was a bit odd considering the rest of the built!

They supplied an M performance backbox, and we built a 3.5" single mid pipe to suit.

Ben brought his Audi RS4 back in after having a custom system built from us a while ago.

Custom downpipes with 200 cell sports cats in to finish the build off! We also did a mid pipe mod to suit 3" V-bands which makes life a hell of a lot easier for the customer.

Thanks for bringing it back down Ben. Lovely motor to work on 👌

600bhp machine 😮‍💨

BMW M140i in for some custom work today. It had all the fancy upgrades but little to no attention to the exhaust system, which is by far the most important part when it comes to these kinds of builds!

Out with the old and in with the new. Sounds mega 👌🏼
