🚹From 9 June, learner drivers will only be able to move their driving test to nearby test centres.

If you book a new test from this date, you will only be able to move your test to:

✅ any of the 3 centres nearest to where your test is booked

✅ the test centre you first booked at on that current booking

If you have an existing booking, the new rule will apply to where your test is booked at on 9 June – not where you first booked.

From 12 May, only you as the learner driver will be able to book and manage your car driving test.

This means your driving instructor won’t be allowed to do this for you.

The rules for booking and managing car driving tests are changing.

If you've got a test booked, or you're planning to book one soon, here are the key dates you need to know:

✅ 31 March 2026 – only 2 changes can be made to a booking
✅ 12 May 2026 – only learners are allowed to book a test and make changes
✅ 9 June 2026 – learners can move their booked test only to nearby centres

Unfortunately the Adam’s got a bit of a bloody nose. Good learning point for the pupil though, we were approaching a narrow blind bend so the pupil slowed right down to a crawl, unfortunately the car coming the other way wasn’t as observant and came round the corner quickly and drove straight into usđŸ˜©.
The car still drives fine it’s only cosmetic and will be fixed in the next few weeks
