😍 Look at this!

997.1 X51 we’ve had through the workshop for… yes, you guessed it… a Hartech 4.1-litre capacity conversion. 🔥

This one received an incredible package including:

✅ Capacity conversion from 3.8L to 4.1L
✅ New closed-deck Nikasil-plated alloy cylinders
✅ Performance pistons and rings
✅ New timing chains and guides
✅ Performance main and big-end bearings
✅ Intermediate shaft and thrust bearings
✅ Cylinder head overhaul with new valve stem seals
✅ Carillo connecting rods
✅ New oil, water and scavenge pumps
✅ New clutch, slave cylinder and flywheel
✅ Low-temperature thermostat and new spark plugs
✅ Oil/air separator, vent lines and oil catch tanks
✅ Power steering pulley, alternator and oil pressure switch
✅ Coolant hoses and countless ancillary components replaced
✅ Fresh oil, coolant and air-conditioning recharge
✅ Testing, first oil service and remap

Before the car came to us, the owner had a bespoke exhaust system made and fitted, and it really completes the overall package perfectly.

Combined with this seriously comprehensive 4.1-litre rebuild, it’s a car that’s not only stronger and more reliable, but even more rewarding to drive.

This one will be leaving us on Monday, making the trip back home to the Isle of Wight, and we’re sure its owner can’t wait to get behind the wheel again.

Another one left us yesterday after being given a new lease of life.

A really lovely C4S, and a pleasure to work on. The owner decided to keep the original 3.8-litre capacity, giving the engine a fresh start while staying true to the car’s factory specification.

I also had to grab a photo of the interior, as it’s one of my favourite colour combinations.

And, as is often the way, the day before this one left, another arrived on a trailer in a very wet and miserable Bolton to begin its Hartech journey.

Another one came and went…

This lovely Boxster S made the journey from 🇨🇭 Switzerland 🇨🇭 to the UK 🇬🇧 for a little Hartech magic 🪄

The owner opted for one of our increasingly popular capacity conversions, transforming the original engine from:

3.2L ➡️ 3.7L

As always, as one leaves, three more seem to arrive… 🚗🔧

Race weekend at Snetterton Circuit 🏁

Fresh arrival today from one of our Irish customers 🇮🇪🔥

Straight out of a showroom in Woking and honestly, I don’t think we’ve ever had one arrive this clean. It certainly makes our standard cosmetic checks a whole lot easier 📋✅

Now for the important question………

Does she stay standard, or are we going BIG? 👀💻🔥

🚗 Last working day of the week and we’ve got just ONE car leaving the workshop today! 🔥

This absolute weapon took full advantage of our 3.6L → 3.9L capacity conversion 👀

✅ Coolant tank + various hoses
✅ Air con pipes

What do we have here……… 👀

Another 4.1L Capacity Conversion completed.

This one came all the way from Denmark for some Hartech TLC 🇩🇰🔧

And it didn’t stop there….this one had all the bells and whistles you’d expect 💪

She’s certainly a stunning example, and another 911 transformed. 🔥

We currently have cars from The Netherlands 🇳🇱, Ireland 🇮🇪, Germany 🇩🇪 Switzerland 🇨🇭 France 🇫🇷 Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 alongside engine and block only builds from Hungary 🇭🇺 UAE 🇦🇪 New Zealand 🇳🇿 and Australia 🇦🇺………

Whilst the work keeps on coming, we will keep building and improving.
