🚗 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴? Tell us the make and model, and whether it’s a car, van, motorcycle or something larger. Is it heavily laden?
🔧 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱? Let us know whether the vehicle starts, rolls and steers, and mention any damage, flat tyres or locked wheels. It’s also helpful to know whether the keys are available.
↔️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲? Tight entrances, low clearance, steep driveways or limited space can affect how we approach the recovery.
🏁 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼? Include the destination and your preferred collection date, plus any opening hours or access arrangements we need to work around.
