"BMW E90 330D"

Customer came to us to tune there BMW 330D.

Tuning went smoothly only took around 3 revisions to get it performing well.

✅ R90 pump
✅ Uprated intercooler
✅ 2265 hybrid turbo
✅ M50D rail sensor
✅ 3inch downpipe
✅ EGR & Flap solution

Should be around 340 to 350bhp clean and 700+nm according to logs. Customer will be back to take full advantage of the fuel system in the future.

"BMW E92 335D"

Customer came to us to tune there BMW 335D.

Surprisingly tuning went very smoothly seeing as the hybrids that are fitted where from a company that I have not personally heard of, so we had no idea what they are capable of, so we had to keep it reasonably safe😅.

✅ Uprated intercooler
✅ Induction kit
✅ R90 fuel pump
✅ Hybrid turbos @ 3BAR
✅ M50D rail sensors
✅ DPF EGR and flap solution

Should be around 430 to 440bhp and 850+nm according to logs

Another new time for the quickest diesel e9x in the UK.

After fitting a Wagner evo 3 intercooler, which made it run 20° cooler then the previous evo 2, Obviously made a good difference in terms of power right of the bat as there was no map tweaks whatsoever between this and the 6.72 we previously ran.

Just a recap this is only a Ts3 turbo car still on the log manifold, these times are unheard of and alot of tuners claim impossible unless using nitrous or fully stripped out cars, But again I prove it's entirely possible.

We will try get a 6.4 in the coming weeks, then after we reach that goal we will actually strip it and see what we get.

"BMW E60 530D"

Customer came to us to tune there 530D all the way from Essex, after fitting a hybrid and supporting modifications.

Tuning went well, but same situation to the other one we recently did, being the intake setup is very restrictive and proves difficult trying to run more then 2.55bar of boost, so that's what we had to leave it at until customer fits a intake.

"BMW 335D E92"

Customer came to us to tune yet another 335D, getting bored of these now 😂 jokes aside tuning went very well.

This had your typical bolt on mods nothing too drastic

Customer came to us to fit some go faster parts, some preventative maintenance including vac lines and EGR/cooler delete and tuning.

Tuning went very well with only 3 revisions made.

Customer came to us to tune there 330D E90 after fitting and downpipe and egr delete kit.

After a few revisions got it performing well

Customer was advised to fit a Uprated intercooler to keep them IATs down.

Should be 300 to 310bhp and 650+nm

Customer came to us to tune there 335D E92 and fit some parts

Tuning went very smoothly

"BMW F01 730D"

Here we have yet another achievement a BMW F01 730D which is one of our own cars that we have been working on, and we have to say we are very impressed with the results.

We had a set goal in mind, not only do we have the quickest E9x in the uk, but we now have a world record of the quickest 730D, not just UK under our belt.

We managed a 100 to 200 of 7.82, but a corrected time of 7.63 with a full weight 7 series diesel only, now these cars are known to weigh over 2 ton.

✅ Dtune shaft
✅ Turbo Systems Stage 4 @ 3.5bar

So putting the time and weight into perspective should be around 620 to 630bhp and 1100nm

"BMW E92 330D"

Customer came back to us for a retune after fitting a Falcon STG2 turbo.

Tuning went smoothly with only 3 revisions made.

✅ Falcon STG2/GTB2362VK @ 2.55Bar
✅ EGR, Flap and DPF solution
✅ Uprated intercooler
✅ Xhp STG3 TCU tune

Should be around 350 to 360bhp & 750+nm according to logs

We could push it abit more but with the stock intake it starts getting quite restrictive over 2.55bar, Customer will be fitting a custom intake then we shall turn it up slightly.
