Claire's Caravans - Unity Beach, Brean, Somerset. We have 8 caravans on the super site at Brean Sands, Holiday resort unity (now Unity beach )

Terms and Conditions
£50 deposit / care bond upon booking .This will be returned 48hrs after your stay if there are no damages

Upon booking you agree to the following:

Please treat the caravan with respect, and how you would expect your property to be treated, only those stated on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the caravan. No groups of under 21s will be allowed to hire the caravan

( unity rules )

No smoking in the caravan. Arrival is 4pm and departure is 10am

Final balance and security deposit due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If this is not paid by the agreed date, without prior contact then your holiday will be cancelled and the deposit will lost. Booking confirmation will be emailed to you once final balance is paid

Any damage to the caravan, theft of property, stains to carpets and furnishings etc that need to be cleaned with additional cleaning products that wouldn’t usually be used by our cleaner will be deducted from the security deposit, an invoice will be given, in an event it is over the security deposit we will ask that it is paid with in 28 days, if not the caravan site will seek legal action with our insurance company. Any issues with the caravan please contact us directly as the site office won’t be-able to help, we can be contacted on:
