🎉🚗 PASS ALERT 🚗🎉

A huge congratulations to Bethan Sharrocks on passing her driving test today with just 3 driving faults! 🎊

Ahead of her test, Liam asked me to join them for a lesson and offer a second opinion. After 28 years of teaching learners to drive, I was pleased to see that Liam had done a great job preparing Bethan. I was able to offer a few pointers and some reassurance, but the hard work had already been done.

Today Bethan put all that preparation into practice, kept her nerves under control, and achieved a fantastic result.

This result is a great reminder that sometimes success is simply a matter of believing in yourself and trusting the skills you’ve already developed.

Well done Bethan – all your hard work and determination have paid off. Wishing you many years of safe and happy motoring! 🚗💨

Massive congratulations to Liam’s pupil Alistair Stafford on passing his driving test today on his 3rd attempt!

After a really frustrating near miss last time, Alistair kept going, stayed determined, and today it finally paid off. A well deserved result 👏

This one means a lot to Liam as well, as Alistair has been with him right from the beginning of Liam’s journey as a driving instructor. Seeing a friend stick with it and get the result makes it extra special.

Another pass today 🚗🎉

Huge congratulations to Morgan Wakeman on passing her driving test today on her second attempt 👏

Last time round, bay parking caused a few problems, and today she was really hoping she wouldn’t get it again… but of course she did 😅
The nerves definitely kicked in, her leg started shaking, and it took a couple of shunts to get it sorted, but she kept calm, stuck with it, and got the job done, passing with just 4 faults 💪

That’s what matters — not giving up when the pressure is on.

Now she can finally enjoy driving her shiny new car 🚘✨

A very special one today.

Huge congratulations to my nephew Joseph Haigh on passing his driving test first time — with just 1 driving fault.

I’ll be honest, teaching family always brings a few nerves with it… but not quite as many as when I taught my own sons. Still, I always believed he had it in him, even when he wasn’t so sure himself.

Seeing that result today makes it all worthwhile.

ZERO FAULT PASS — outstanding result today.

Huge congratulations to Ellie Trahearne on a flawless drive — passing her test with zero faults.

Ellie came to me after learning elsewhere, mainly on quieter country roads. Moving onto busier, more demanding roads was a big step, but she adapted brilliantly. Lesson by lesson her confidence, awareness and decision-making stepped up — and today she delivered exactly what she’s capable of.

A small wobble on the show me question (rear window wash) cost a bit of speed, but she kept it together and drove really well.

A bit of pressure too, with her friend Jayla passing with me last week — but she handled it brilliantly.
