Workshop Controller – Custom Coachworks

📍Location: Burgess Hill
🕣Hours: Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per monthSalary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Custom Coachworks is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy accident repair centre in Burgess Hill.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop.

Allocate work to technicians and monitor repair progress.

Ensure repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.

Liaise with technicians, estimators, and the parts department.

Maintain workshop efficiency, productivity, and quality control.

Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

What We’re Looking For

Previous Workshop Controller experience within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop.

What We Offer

Monday to Friday working pattern with only one Saturday per month.
