Have you ever been driving a manual car and wondered, "Am I changing gear too early? Too late? Or at the right time?" If so, you're not alone. One of the biggest challenges for new drivers is knowing exactly when to shift gears. Unlike an automatic car, a manual requires you to decide when to move between gears, and making the wrong choice can lead to poor performance, increased fuel consumption, or even stalling.
In this video, We’ll explain exactly when to change gears, what signs your car gives you, and some simple rules you can use every time you drive.

So excited to be hosting this for our instructors next week. Ongoing personal development is essential for us as instructors to ensure that we are delivering the best learning experience for our pupils, and I love that my wonderful and amazing friend is delivering this training.

Looking forward to delivering our two-day NLP programme for driving instructors next week.

Today’s learners, in any industry are more diverse than ever, and understanding how people think, learn and respond to pressure is becoming an essential part of great people development. We’ll be exploring practical NLP techniques to build rapport, increase confidence, improve communication and better support neurodiverse learners so they can reach their full potential.

Two days of practical learning, new ideas and techniques that can be put into practice straight away.

The average pass rate for driving tests in the UK is just under 50%, so about half of all tests taken result in a fail. This gives us an opportunity - if we can learn from the mistakes that lead to a fail then we should increase our chances of passing. In this video we have 5 more real driving test fails to analyse and hopefully prevent doing ourselves.
