Hi all
Hope everyone is well.
Sorry to tell but the Club Night on 5th August has had to be cancelled as Sutton United FC have had to close their ground from 26th July until 9th August to complete their works ready for the Football League.
Therefore the first Club Night will be Thursday 2nd September 2021.
However, the Cordles Run is still due to takes place on Sunday 22nd August as in previous Newsletter if members are interested in coming.

Evening All
Please be aware that due to covid restrictions still being in place the monthly Epsom MGOC meeting for July 1st is cancelled.

Better new it that the Surrey Run is now fully Booked.
All entrants that have already booked, will receive either an email or letter, prior to the Run. This will explaining how the Run will operate on the day in line with the current Government restrictions.

The Surrey Run this year is due to take place on Sunday 18th July 2021. This is of course dependent on Covid-19 restrictions being lifted by the Government on 23rd June 2021.
At the last count some 170 cars had entered the Run but the Club will limit the number of Cars on the Run to around 200, or just over.
All car entries must be a pre-booked run only with no entries on the day.
In addition we are requesting drivers to bring Face Masks , where appropriate and sanitiser. The Club will operate Social distancing when parking vehicles on this event and of our members on marshalling and car parking duties will be wearing masks.
Hand sanitiser will be available at both start and end of the event. Please note that entries are required a soon as possible if people are proposing to go on this Run, or they may miss out.
This should be a great day out as always and a great way of getting out in these difficult times.
Hope to see you all on the 18th...
