Not every modification is a simple bolt-on.

With the upgraded cooling system and larger fan setup now fitted, refitting the original front grille required careful adjustment and fabrication work to ensure everything sat exactly as Ford intended.

Clearances had to be checked throughout, mounting points refined, and components positioned precisely to achieve the correct fitment without compromising the efficiency of the upgraded cooling package. The goal was simple: retain the factory appearance while benefiting from improved cooling performance and reliability.

The end result is a grille that looks completely original, with all of the modern upgrades discreetly hidden behind it.

Our in-house Manglia project is taking shape, with the rear wheel arch fabrication nearing completion.

From initial templates to hand-shaped metal, there’s plenty of work behind those curves. The wider stance is coming together, keeping that unmistakable Anglia character while making room for something a little different beneath the skin.

Proud of the skill and patience going into this build. Follow along as the transformation continues. 👀

Initial strip-down underway on this classic TR6 ahead of a partial restoration at Lusso Auto Care.

Years of previous repairs, corrosion and hidden issues are now being uncovered as we carefully dismantle the vehicle and assess the shell properly before the next stage begins.

The goal with every restoration is the same — preserve the character and bring the car back to the standard it deserves.

More updates to follow as this TR6 progresses through fabrication, body preparation and refinishing.

This stunning new Porsche Boxster arrived at for our New Car Protection Package, ensuring its finish is preserved from day one.

While many believe a brand-new vehicle is flawless, the reality is that even fresh factory paintwork benefits from careful preparation before protection is applied. Our process included a thorough decontamination, paint inspection, and refinement polish to maximise gloss and ensure the perfect foundation for coating application.

We then applied our ceramic coating package to the paintwork, creating a durable protective layer that enhances depth, gloss and hydrophobic performance while making future maintenance significantly easier.

The result? A beautifully protected Porsche with incredible shine, long-lasting protection, and a finish worthy of the badge. 🔥
