Not one to call out anyone else’s shortcomings as we all get it wrong from or mess something up, aslong as you have a moral compass and some integrity but this just takes the mick!
Our newly acquired customer was away on holiday when they experienced a loss of power in their took it to a local garage that called up the turbo, which is fine however I’m pretty sure everyone in the trade can guess why the turbo has gone?
There’s a 90% chance it’s the that’s broken up blocking the oil feed for the turbo, but granted we wasn’t there for the conversation so can’t comment and as previously said we all get it wrong from time time.
But to charge a customer ÂŁ1300 quid for probably the cheapest turbo on the market, not replace the basics like the air filter, oil feed pipe let alone atleast checking it has oil flowing through it and to then leave bolts missing, clips not put back on vacuum lines is just down right wrong, and is the literal reason why people have issues trusting and
And to clarify this vehicle did no more than 50 miles before it lost power again!
Safe to say we have presented all this Information in the hope the garage will consider a refund and we will happily package and post this glorified paper weight of a back to them!
