Stopped at this garage as was in the area for my Daughters wedding. My Mercedes was loosing tyre pressure and was worried about the 2 hour drive home. I experienced an incredible act of customer service. I was greeted by a really nice chap who explained that puncture repairs wasn’t something they offered. He promptly asked me to drive my car onto one of their ramps. He diagnosed the air loss as a crack in my alloy wheel. He then went onto giving me some sound advice on how to get home with this small air leak. We got home safe. My wife and I were totally blown away with the service we received.

The owner of this Audi RS3 contacted us after being quoted thousands of pounds (yes you read that right, THOUSANDS, £6000 if I remember correctly) to have her brake fluid changed at the main dealer. This obviously came as a shock and was justified by saying the “bleed ni***es will snap, requiring new calipers”.

Being an RS3, it has Brembo front calipers and yes, they are crazy money.

It was already sounding a challenge and we promised to have the job done inside of £600. On the day, all the bleed ni***es seized solid (standard). All were freed and removed bar 1, which was reamed and oversized with a dedicated insert.

Painstaking job, but got there in the end. The other 3 fronts were replaced with genuine and new dust caps. Hubs and wheel faces cleaned too.

Job jobbed within 48 hrs and came in under budget😁
