Weโ€™re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy Service team.
๐Ÿ”ง The Role
โ€ข Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.
โ€ข Diagnose faults and carry out diagnostic work.
โ€ข Complete Warranty repairs following correct processes.
โ€ข Carry out MOT testing, where qualified.
โ€ข Work towards Ford Technician status through manufacturer training.

โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For
โ€ข NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (essential).
โ€ข Full UK driving license (essential).
โ€ข Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ experience as a Light Vehicle Technician.
โ€ข Dealership experience preferred.
โ€ข MOT Tester qualification advantageous, but not essential โ€” willingness to work towards qualification is required.
โ€ข Willingness to attend Ford training courses and achieve Ford Technician status as a minimum, with advancement to EV training via Fordโ€™s training platform.

๐Ÿ•’ Working Hours
โ€ข Monday to Friday: 8:30am โ€“ 5:18pm
โ€ข One Saturday morning in four: 8:30am โ€“ 12 noon

โ€ข 22 daysโ€™ annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
โ€ข Company pension.
โ€ข Additional annual leave after 5 yearsโ€™ service.
