Had this golf 2.0 Tdi gt170 in for a fresh stage 1 as seemed to be tuned before but customer wasn’t happy so we had a look and to be honest it’s lucky it didn’t blow up! 😳 so we have done a nice fresh safe! Map and car pulls better than before with more usable power all round too! And better on fuel 😎💪🏻🚗💨

2021 Yamaha MT09 Gen3.

New front and rear ( Black JT Sprockets )
New DID 525VX3 chain in gold.
New Titainium Rear sprocket nuts ( all metal lock nuts )
Front an drear wheels balanced. Rides nice and smooth now.

Also installed new windshield and front headlight protector.

Now just to break chain in over next couple hundred miles then re chexk chain slack.

New customer came to use due to local guys to him couldnt tune ecu without using EOBD port.

So he dropped it to us and we carried out..

We carried out
Stage 1
Dpf & Egr solution
Swirl flaps solution
Immo solution.

And posted back to him next day so was fast 24hr turn arround.

Some further upgrades to Jamie's Es**rt Rs.

New canbus keypad with custom loom and high quality loom plug connectors.

New EDL-1 Logger also installed and wired in.

Few more bits and bobs to fizz through and tidy up after the last butchers that were here lol. But niw moving forward correcting and tidying as we move forward.

Next be sorting canbus issues and re configuring ADU to actually do what its ment to be doing. Then once all sorted wel ve building full fresh map from scratch along with some naughty sauce on buttons...

Had Ryan over this morning to collect his new Pulsar GT2867R turbo with v-band outlets and stainkess steel housing.

Also nice fresh GFB External wastegate.

Big thanks to pulsar turbos for helping us sort customer out.

While ryan was with us we also began setting up wiring harness and setting up the output for his emu black ecu.

This es**rt rs turbo is gonna be naughty hehehehe.

New customer recommended to us with hus very clean Mercedes C63 AMG.

Claimed to have been tuned by 3rd party.
Eml on dash along with faults codes for rear cats.

Was told ecu locked by 3rd party 🙂‍↕️
Well i dont think was locked 😂

Read ecu on bench so all data could be extracted.
Compared software against stock file and found was totally standard and no tuning has been carried out prior.

Not good but yaho lets get to work....

Customer opted for us to actually do tuning this time round lol....

Custimer requested couple additional solutions aswell.

So we applied...

Stage 1 software along with rear cats off , top speed limiter raised and also cold start removed.

Customers now happy with no faults and no eml on dash.
And hus neighbours will be happier now cold start is disabled too hahahaha.

We send customers lots of pics/vids to simply show what we are doing along with piece of mind there actually having it done lol....
