🔥☀️ TOO HOT TO POLISH, TOO HOT TO VALET, TOO HOT TO FUNCTION! ☀️🔥
Now if you know me, you’ll know these words don’t come easy…
Due to the extreme heat today, we’ve made the difficult decision to stop work and reschedule any remaining bookings.
Normally we’re battling rain, wind, and everything else the British weather throws at us, but today the sunshine has decided to fight back! 🥵
The safety of our staff and the safety of your vehicles are our top priorities. Working on scorching hot panels and in these temperatures simply isn’t fair on the team and won’t allow us to deliver the standard of work we’re known for.
Before anyone asks… no, we’re not skiving off and heading to the pub or the beach! 🍻🏖️😂

This stunning Scania 144L 530 V8 Topline belonging to Lewis Blakey was booked in for the full works – receiving a machine polish followed by a premium ceramic coating to really bring the paintwork to life and give it long-lasting protection.

Lewis is no stranger to Briggs Valeting & Detailing. We’ve previously had the pleasure of working on some of his customers’ trucks after he’s worked his own magic on them, and it’s only right we give credit where it’s due — the man is absolutely top class at what he does and his workmanship speaks for itself. 👌

After seeing the results on those vehicles, Lewis asked us to book his own pride and joy in, and what a truck it is! 🔥

The best part of any job? Hearing the customer’s reaction at the end. When someone who takes as much pride in their truck as Lewis does comments on the shine and workmanship, it means a lot. 🙌
