Due to Annual Holidays and marks recent accident

The Garage will be closed

Monday 3rd to Friday 7th of August

Reopening on Monday the 10th as normal

That week we will have limited MOT bookings

So please book early to avoid disappointment

Heres another mot issue found this week

While carrying out the brake test in the rollers, The brake pedal suddenly went to the floor.

Upon inspection we discovered that the front brake hose had separated at the ferrule

The ferrule is a metal sleeve thats crimped around the hydraulic hose and the union on the end

It has a protective rubber sleeve fitted so the condition cannot be inspected properly.

The customer was very lucky that this happened in the garage and not while she was driving the car on the road.
