Apologies for the lack of posts.
We have now added the Pichler Injector Puller to the immense line of tools we require to work solely on the 2.0 EcoBlue engines!
In the last week…
We’ve had long term jobs and lots of wetbelts to get through.
We’ve Finally had the 8288 Injector Puller Succum and the clamp fail.
So we’ve invested Heavily into the Pichler Kit.
Unfortunately on this van it had 3 injector bolts fail along with some cam carrier ones. And also an injector snapped in the head. It’s not worth the time effort and materials to basically end up with a bodged head so it’s coming off!
However with the injectors now out, this now allows us to get inside the cam carrier to remove the head so it was a necessary evil.
