🍫❤️ ANOTHER LOVELY THANK YOU FROM A HAPPY CUSTOMER! ❤️🍫

Sometimes looking after our customers means going that extra mile, and this is a perfect example! 😊

One of our lovely customers recently found herself in a frustrating situation with her RAC warranty. Despite paying for the cover, it wasn't showing on the system. To make matters even more confusing, her can also was under manufacturer's warranty!

Understandably, she was feeling frustrated and unsure where she stood.

Our very own Aimee went above and beyond to help her navigate the situation, get some answers and make sure she had someone fighting her corner. 💪

As a thank you, the customer surprised the team with these lovely chocolates! 🍫

Gestures like this really do mean the world to us.

At Isle Fleet Support Ltd, we're not just here to service and repair your vehicle. We're here to offer honest advice, friendly support and genuine customer care, even when things get complicated.
