no letting policy, though family and friends are welcome to stay with your permission. The park is maintained to the highest standard with plush green fields and spacious landscaped areas. Set in 12 acres of idyllic countryside the park truly does offer the perfect get away. The park has excellent high standing in national awards including David Bellamy Conservation Award, Visit England the AA Quality Standard Award and most recently we were voted in Practical Magazines Top 100 Sites in Britain. Only a few minutes’ walk takes you to the villages of Leven and Brandesburton. Both with superb eateries and shops selling fresh local produce. The area also offers fully stocked fresh water fishing, water sport facilities, excellent golf course, shooting, horse riding, polo and for the more adventurous even its own flying school.
