Another hybrid BMW transformed on the dyno! 📈

This G30 330e came to us producing 304bhp & 442Nm, and after our custom dyno-developed calibration we achieved an impressive:

✅ 383bhp (+79bhp)
✅ 677Nm (+235Nm)

The result is a much stronger, more responsive car throughout the rev range, with a huge increase in mid-range torque while maintaining smooth OEM-like drivability.

This Mini Cooper S came into the workshop requiring a full clutch overhaul.

✅ New 3-piece clutch kit fitted
✅ New dual-mass flywheel installed
✅ New flywheel bolts fitted
✅ All components torqued to manufacturer specifications

A worn clutch and flywheel can cause slipping, vibration, poor gear engagement and excessive drivetrain noise. Replacing everything together ensures reliable operation and helps prevent future issues.
