Ferguslie Garage We are a family run business which specialises in car repairs. All makes and models are welcome.

The work under taken by ourselves is servicing, MOT preparation, brakes, exhausts, clutches, timing belts/chains and advanced diagnostics. Our diagnostics equipment can find faults regarding ABS, airbags, electric hand brakes, engine faults , DPF faults/regeneration and much more. We also stock a large range of bulbs, wipers, batteries, oils and Forte treatments. The easiest and fastest way to contact us is by telephone but if you have any enquires you can drop us a message and we will get back to you. 2017 Audi TT with the passenger footwell soaked front and rear. Turned out a rear drain for the convertible roof had a bit of sponge put in it from the factory which was chocked and allowing water to build up. After removing the paneling behid the rear seats and a speaker I managed to access the drain pipes which let the water run off the top of the fuel tank.

Adas check and calibration for a 2020 Toyota Rav 4 after the front end had been repaired. We set the 4 wheel alignment first of all then set the front radar. We printed off reports for the insurance company to verify it had been calibrated.

Another psa/vauxhall with a wet timing belt issue. The oil strainer had chocked with bits off the belt and had caused the red oil light to come on. We removed the sump first of all and cleaned this out before doing the wet belt and the kit. We also use the latest oil recommended now by the stellantis group after changing the oil spec because of the problems with the wet belts!

Vw transporter this week with central locking not working and indicator bulbs staying on constant and draining the battery. After running a full scan and it pointing towards the convience module we discorved corrosion to the power supply wiring for the module.

Mercedes E class with led headlamps. Failed it’s MOT for the passenger front sidelight/parking light not working. After a diagnostic and check we narrowed it down to one of the headlamp control modules. After fitting the new part it required to be coded and calibrated for the passenger rear headlamp level sensor.
