It’s been a busy six weeks working for one customer.
First project was to completely remodel this roof conversion.
Moving some walls and door positioning around then for the customer to redecorate.
I then moved on updating the ensuite and adding a pocket door to create more space for the ensuite.
Once this work was completed went straight to the family bathroom which was a like for like change and then finished off with repointing the patio.

Here we have another bathroom refit completion. Out with the old bath and in with a walk-in shower. A swap around with sink and toilet location to give more room for access to the shower. What a different look.

GARAGE CONVERSION!!!!!

Client didn’t want to lose all her garage space yet longed to have a utility room…. So she had both.

After being told No it couldn’t happen through other companies it’s happened through Clems services.

As you can see from the pictures I have turned this empty space into a full functioning utility room with a working sink, space for a washing machine and dryer.

Above has been boarded with a loft ladder installed for extra storage.

Very pleased with the results…. Client over the moon.

Something very new and exciting I will be sharing with you all shortly. A new service which I will be offering and adding to the list of property maintenance that I do.

BUT FIRST…. Main bathroom and ensuite for the same client. I’m sure we would all agree what a transformation it’s been with the before and afters.

Keep your eyes peeled as I will be sharing the next project I’ve done for the same client later on this afternoon
