We don't normally do a name and shame which is why I'm will keeping this one to my self.
This customer recently had the leisure battery system installed by a friend of a friend who is an electrician. (not auto electrician)
It came to us as it stoped working after the installation.
We found that a positive battery terminal had been used on the negative post and the slack (positive positive is smaller than negative) was taken up with tin foil.
No battery terminal crimps had been used.
Instead they were twisted around the threads.
