⏰ Busy Period Notice – Collection & Return Times ⏰
As we move into a busy period, we’d just like to remind all customers that collection and return times form part of the terms agreed to at the time of booking.
To keep everything running smoothly:
• You will be given a set collection time
• There is a strict 15 minute window either side
• If you are outside of this window, the horsebox may no longer be available for collection and a fee will be charged
With back-to-back hires, timing is critical to ensure each lorry is ready for the next customer.
For returns:
• Full day hires must be back by 7pm unless agreed otherwise in writing
• Late returns will incur charges as per our terms
