Entries will close at 8pm on THURSDAY 16th July

🌟 Entries will only be accepted via the link below.
🌟 Complete one form per rider
🌟 Entries are only secure once payment has been received.
🌟 Payment via Paypal or bank transfer * Please put the riders name as reference and send the payment as friends and family*
🌟 If you are having difficulty, please drop us a message. We are more than happy to help.
🌟 Camping is available from 4pm Friday
🌟 Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after your furry friend
🌟 Generators and music must be switched off by 10pm
🌟 Please take all rubbish home with you.
🌟 Sign on times and race day schedule will be posted in due course

❌️ Late entries and on the day entries will not be accepted.
❌️ We cannot accept entries for electric bikes.
❌️ Please do not bring electric bikes including revvi's and surons as these are not permitted at woodside on race days

LICENSE
As a club, we are affiliated by the SACU. Therefore, each rider must obtain a licence from them. We would encourage all riders to take out a yearly licence as it is cost effective. However, a day licence can be obtained for an additional cost.
Every rider must have their SACU licence with them to be checked at sign on.

MARSHALLS
All riders must provide a marshal for one of the days with the exception of auto riders.
There will be two blocks of marshalling per day. 🏁

There is sometimes volunteer marshals, you must message the page to book a volunteer before submitting your entry

POINTS
25-points system will be used.

TIMING AND TRANSPONDERS
Transponders will be required for lap timing.
It is your responsibility to ensure transponders are charged and working correctly. No transponder = No points
We have a limited number of transponders available to hire on a first come, first served basis. Please message the page to reserve one. These are an additional cost of £20.

We will have the fantastic Dennis Irvine on hand with spares or for repairs and Heilan Coo Buckie keeping you all fed and watered

Round 3 done and dusted ✔️

Next up is our double header fun weekend on the 18th and 19th July 💪 Entries will open Friday 3rd July.

What a fantastic day it was yesterday. The sunshine definitely makes a difference 🌞

Loads of great racing and the highlight for us was that for some kids getting a podium place is something they dream of. Hard work and determination saw some collecting plaques for the very first time and for others getting on that top three podium for the very first time. The smiles said it all really 😄 Each and every kid put 100% in to their races!

Huge shout out to our Marshals, again we cannot run these races without you all.

Thank you to each and every person who puts time in getting the track ready for practice and race days. The track was absolutely perfect and held up well.

Heilan Coo Buckie, what can we say...... the food is just top-notch

Dennis Irvine kept busy as always doing what he does best 👌

Medics, Garry and Holly Once again, top class medical care. We say it all the time, but these guys are worth their weight in gold.

Last but by no means least Clerks of the course. You guys are on your feet the full day ensuring the safety of our riders is at the forefront of every event. Thank you 😊

🚩 A red flag event is something we never like to see but our Head Clerk Davie used the time wisely yesterday and done some educational training with the young team on flags they got the theory and practical training all rolled in to one, what a blast they had (picture below)
