COVID 19 UPDATE
GREAT NEWS WE ARE REOPENING MONDAY 1ST JUNE
OPENING HOURS 9AM TO 5.30PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
CLOSED SATURDAYS
We have taken serious and significant steps to ensure the safety and health of our customers and staff going forward, this includes:
* We are operating on an appointment only basis, ring prior to arriving to pre-book allocated time slot
* Strictly only one person in our building at one time, entry into front reception only, no-one except employees are admitted to enter any other areas.
* Strict social distancing is to be observed at all times, 2 meters.
* Hand sanitiser available at front door which should be used by all customers on arrival.
* We are not operating a mobile fitting service, all work will be carried out on our site.
* Customers leaving motor vehicles for replacement windscreens or glass should leave car out front and place keys in deposit box at reception, we will sanitise your keys and any touch point on your vehicle before and after work is commenced.
* Customers leaving Agricultural/ Plant frames for replacement windows are required to leave them in front reception, they will be thoroughlysanitised before and after work has been commenced.
* We will give you a date and time for collection for all work.
* No customers are permitted to wait on site, it is drop of and collection only,
* Any customers putting replacements through their insurance company should email policies prior to work being commenced.
* We ask all customers to pay by card and when possible pre-pay over phone so contact is limited.
* We have installed barriers at front counter to protect our staff and customers.
