The defibrillator in Drumquin was called into action yesterday following a serious accident in the area.
This highlights the importance of having such a vital device available in an emergency. Thanks to its registration with The Circuit, paramedics were able to locate it quickly and use it when it was needed most.
The defibrillator has now been returned and will be fully operational again by this evening.
A great outcome and a reminder of what can be achieved when the local community invests in lifesaving equipment. Well done to everyone involved.
