Well it’s been a while since I posted any content in the page, just not the best at socials 🤣🤣

Anyway some pictures of work carried out over the weekend, a Focus RS for a rear silencer delete in 3” pipework and 5” tips from £450 supplied and fitted 👌🏻 a C Class Mercedes for a quad AMG Style rear section £450 and finally a minted old school Fiesta XR2i 😍 in for a 2” Downpipe back 1 silencer, the system fitted had seen better days so on went a full custom stainless with period correct 3.5” outward rolled tip and we added a centre hanger to help support the left side of the exhaust 👍🏻👍🏻

So it’s been just under a week since I had my elbow operation and happy to say so far so good 👍🏻 I’ve got a good range of movement back and will be starting physio hopefully next week at some point as I’ve still not regained much strength back so it’ll be at least another week to 10 days before I start looking at taking any bookings for work, I appreciate your patience during this downtime 🙏🙏

A couple of Free-Flow built cars at recent shows and venues, first was the GR8 show in Kortrijk Belgium mid April which was a blast especially when you have the nutter that is Eck Dee with you 🤣🤣 next was just the weekend there where we visited the Edition Show at Syewell Aerodrome 👌🏻 being not a million miles away from Caffiene & Machines the Hill venue it would’ve been rude not to pop in considering it was a dry night and Vikki B had never been 😳😳 on the road home we decided to take the final detour into Blackpool for some food and pictures 😝😝 enjoy.

So today marks 26 years since I officially started Free-Flow 😁 and yeah there has been many ups and downs along the way with the business functioning in many different capacities over those years from being full time to hardly open when I was working away to what we have now which is more or less part time.

We also had a change of name around 2005/6 when our business model changed to doing pretty much any jobs on vehicles hence the Complete Auto Solutions name, now a days though it’s predominantly back to focusing on Custom Stainless Steel Exhausts and Exhaust repairs so it’s for this reason I’ve decided to go OG and rebrand back to Free-Flow Exhausts 🤪🤪🤪

Same person, same unit, same work just back to the name I pretty much started with so that’s the only change 👊🏻

So due to the increasing amount of customers booking and not showing as a small business I have no option but to start taking deposits 🤷🤷 now currently I take a small deposit for booked jobs that I have to buy in boxes and tips for but starting now any booking will be subject to a small non refundable deposit 👍🏻

I understand things happen, get a cheaper price etc etc but do the decent thing and let the company your booked with know so they can fill the spot with a customer who actually wants a job done, don’t be an arse!!!

Rant over after 3 no shows today 🤬

Thankfully I’ve got enough sitting to get on with 🤪

Just a short post, unfortunately I’ve been off ill off and on for the past 10 days or so from the unit and unlikely I’ll be back in the next few days, I can only apologise to customers etc waiting on replies or quotes 😩😩 hoping to get back in at the weekend but will post an update later in the week 🙏

Into February already and it’s still busy busy here at CAS, we had this lovely Fiesta ST in for what I call a ‘Marmite Mod’ lol either love it or hate it. Customer asked for a J*p Style Angled rear silencer and it’s just what he got and tbh it looked good and sounded even better so away he went very happy 👊🏻👊🏻

Next a good customer Ben dropped off his 335D for a resonator and rear silencers delete with some shines new tips, having already got a Downpipe fitted this made it straight through and he’ll yeah it sounded good, it’s amazing just how good Dirty Diesel’s can sound these days 😁😁😁

Also in this weekend we had the usual Flexi replacements 🫣🫣

So the busy month continues here at CAS with a good selection of jobs done and more booked in 👊🏻👊🏻 from a Shogun for a DPF delete and side exit, BMW 2 series for a rear silencer delete, MK4 Golf Tdi for a 3” Turbo back ( big power ) GPF polos, 1 for a Res Delete and the other a 2.5” straight through to finally a couple of flexi replacements 👍🏻👍🏻
