Front subframe issue diagnosed, replacement part sourced and fitted, getting the job sorted properly.

Attended to a regular customer with worn-out brake discs and pads. The van has now been stripped down and is ready to be built back up first thing in the morning, helping ensure the customer’s business can resume as normal.

Ford Transit MK8 – MOT Failure Repairs

The Ford Transit MK8 was brought into us today following an MOT failure.

Work Carried Out:

* Replaced brake pipes on the rear axle.
* Replaced brake pipes from the front to the rear axle.
* Replaced front brake discs and pads.
* Replaced front brake calliper.
* Fully bled the braking system and checked operation.

All braking components have been tested and the brakes are now operating as they should.

The van is now ready for its MOT retest and can be collected by the customer once completed.

Van is now fit and ready for another 12 months of motoring.

🔧 2012 Fiat Ducato – Clutch Repair 🔧

This 2012 Fiat Ducato was recovered to us with a clutch issue.

After diagnosis, we quickly found the culprit — a burst clutch slave cylinder.

With the gearbox removed, we fitted:
• New 3-piece clutch kit
• New starter motor
• Freed off and repaired the seized handbrake lever

Everything was checked over, tested and reassembled, and the Ducato was soon back out the door and ready for the customer to collect. ✅

Another job completed and another vehicle back on the road! 🚐🔧

🚐 Citroën Berlingo – MOT Preparation

This Citroën Berlingo came into us after being laid up off the road for around 2 years, with recovery carried out by Rm transport

After a quick inspection, we’ve carried out the following work to get it ready for its MOT:

🔧 Work carried out:

* New battery
* New brake discs & pads all round
* Rear wheel bearings replaced
* New front ABS sensor
* New clutch pedal rubber
* New brake pedal rubber
* 4 new tyres fitted
* Front windscreen replaced

The Berlingo is now ready to be sent for its MOT and, all being well, will be returned to the customer later this week. ✅

Another vehicle brought back to life and ready to get back on the road! 🚐🔧
