If we don't have the bulb instock we can normally order this in for same day or next working day where possible. We offer a roadside recovery service if you break down or simply your car won't start. Even if you accidently top up the wrong fuel in your car, we can recovery you back to our premises where we use specialist equipment to remove the contaminated fuel and then get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Our fully stocked forecourt shop is full of little bits and pieces. Will great prices and special offers. Try us first before going to the big places as you may be surprised. Free Soil Available – Collect Before Monday Morning 🌱

We’re dismantling the planters at the front of our shop ahead of a new project starting next week and have soil available for anyone who would like it for their garden.

A few details:

• Collection only (you’ll need to bring containers/tools if needed)
• The soil may not go all the way to the bottom of the planters, as there are bricks underneath for drainage
• Please take as much as you’d like
• Collection must be completed before Monday morning, otherwise we’ll need to dispose of the remainder

There’s no charge, but if you’d like to leave a donation in our charity tins in-store, it would be greatly appreciated.

We can't hold it for anyone but if you would like some just let us know when you arrive! 🌿

A late-night call out last night to round off the weekend for a customer who found themselves in a bit of trouble with their Mitsubishi Evo after the engine blew on the Strathblane Road.

We dispatched our team quickly to assist and get both the customer and the vehicle safely back home.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a straightforward recovery. The vehicle had dropped most of its oil onto the road and had caught fire, but thankfully the customer had a fire extinguisher to hand and was able to put the flames out before any further damage was caused. There was still a significant amount of oil on both the road and the vehicle, which made recovery more challenging on top of its location.

With the car sitting extremely low with the splitter and being a four-wheel drive, extra care was needed to get it loaded onto the spec lift and using skates on the rear to avoid causing damage.

Once the vehicle was safely loaded and secured, we dealt with the oil spill by covering the affected area with sand to make the road safe. We then recovered the vehicle and returned it safely to the customer’s home, where it was unloaded.

Afterwards, we returned to the scene to remove the remaining sand and carry out a final clean-up to ensure the road was left safe for other road users.

Another job well done and another customer and vehicle recovered safely.

Last weekend, we had the privilege of handing over donations raised in memory of our much-loved mum and wife, Mrs Karen McGregor, to Marie Curie Hospice, Glasgow

Thanks to everyone’s kindness, generosity and support, we raised an incredible £1,400.

Karen would have been truly touched by everyone’s kindness.
