Three years ago today, Snug Dubs began its journey with a dream of helping people escape the everyday and create unforgettable memories on the open road. What an adventure it’s been!

This year was meant to be extra special as we celebrated the launch of our newest addition to the fleet, our VW Crafter, which we have named Bandicoot. Sadly, things haven’t gone to plan, and after a long two weeks of back-and-forth with insurance, we still don’t know what the future holds for her. It’s been frustrating and emotional, but we remain hopeful for a positive outcome.

Looking ahead, we’re incredibly excited as we head into the summer with Snug & Dubbie, continuing to help our hirers create memories that truly last a lifetime. From coastal escapes to countryside adventures, being part of your journeys has been the greatest privilege.

A huge thank you to every single person who has hired from us over the last three years. Your support, photos, stories and adventures mean the world to us.

Today has been a really sad day here at Snug HQ 💔

At 5am this morning, our beloved newly converted Crafter was involved in an accident whilst parked and has taken a huge impact. Seeing one of our pride and joys in this condition has honestly left us all in shock.

The van has now been taken away for assessment while we wait to find out the extent of the damage. After all the hard work, late nights, excitement and love that went into creating her, this one really hurts.

We’re incredibly grateful that nobody was seriously hurt, and right now we’re just trying to process everything and stay positive while we wait for updates.

Thank you to everyone who has already checked in on us today, your support means more than you know 🧡

Hopefully this isn’t the end of her story.
