A long way from home for this one… 😅

Chris made the 10+ hour journey from Scotland to see us earlier in the year for our Stage 1 Package. Unfortunately, during inspection we discovered his turbocharger was well past its best 👀

In fact, there was more material missing from the compressor wheel than there was left on it 😬

A plan was made for him to return, and after another epic journey south, we got to work 👊

One of the cleanest - and without doubt one of the best maintained - W204s we look after was back in with us last week 👌

This time it was finally time for some more power 👊💻

📊 Stock figures:
447hp & 602Nm

🚀 EST Stage 1 ECU Software:
🔥 501hp & 641Nm

And that was achieved in 33°C ambient temperatures — the hottest day we’ve seen in the dyno cell so far this year 🌡️🥵

🔵 JOHN’S EST STAGE 1 230i 🔵

Back in with us again after previously having our Stage 1 Package fitted, along with a 200-cell sports cat downpipe 👊

John wanted the complete package — and that means the car should handle as well as it goes 🏁

This time around we fitted:

🔧 Lowering Springs
🔧 10mm & 12mm Bimecc Spacers
🔧 New OSF Wheel Hub

The wheel hub replacement was needed after someone got a little too enthusiastic with an air gun during a tyre change a few months back at a tyre shop 😅🔫

The result? A much better stance, sharper handling, and a car that now looks every bit as good as it performs 👌🔥

Another lovely - and honestly incredibly clean - W204 rolled through the workshop today 👌

This one belongs to and was in with us for an A Service using genuine Mercedes parts before heading off to its new owner 👊

All of our Mercedes servicing is carried out following correct manufacturer procedures, using genuine parts throughout ✅

📲 All servicing and work completed is then updated onto the Mercedes Online Digital Service Booklet (DSB), helping maintain full service history - a huge plus when it comes to resale value 💪🏁

A very tidy example and hopefully the new owner enjoys it as much as we did having it in 😈

Back in with us again - but this time for the full EST570 Stage 3 Package 👊

This car was already seriously well set up, fitted with:

It’s been running our EST Stage 2 software for around a year now, but as soon as Duncan saw we were releasing the Stage 3 package, he had to get booked in 😈

Our 3rd Paul of the week 😂👊

Paul’s EST Stage 2 A45S was back in with us this week for a couple of finishing touches to complete the setup 👀

On his previous visit we’d already fitted our EST Stage 2 Package, paired with an cat-back system 🔊🔥

This time round we installed:
🔧 Coilovers
🌬️ EST x Matte Carbon Intake Kit

The Öhlins completely transform these cars. They get rid of that overly stiff, crashy factory ride and turn the car into something that actually handles UK roads properly while still feeling incredibly sharp 🏁

With endless damping adjustment and ride height settings, you can really fine tune the setup to exactly how you want it 👌

All the way down from Nottingham this week to have us rewrite the EST gearbox software after a replacement TCU module 👊

While the car was with us we also carried out:
🔧 Gearbox service
🔧 Rear differential service
🔍 Thorough inspection to make sure the rest of the car was in top shape

Awesome to have Taylor’s A45S with us over the last few days 👊

First job was getting the ECU unlocked with the help of .eu 🇧🇪, and once it was back it was time to fit the new:

🔧 x 200 cell heat-shielded sports cat downpipe

Straight onto the dyno after that 💻🔥

The only downside was the car had always been run on 95RON, which definitely held the figures back a little — but Taylor’s now been converted and will be running 99RON only from now on 😈⛽

🔥 JAMIL’S STAGE 3 A45 🔥

Another one through the workshop this week was Jamil’s EST Stage 3 A45 👊

This car has now covered nearly 60k miles at 500hp+ and is sitting at over 120,000 miles total 💪

It came to us with a strange loss of power & non-start issue, which after diagnosis was traced back to a failed TCU, although the symptoms were unlike anything we’d seen before 👀

To get it back to its best we fitted:
🔧 Brand new genuine Mercedes TCU
🔧 Gearbox oil & filter service
📝 MOT test

Back on the road and running properly again 😈🏁
