Congratulations Holly 🎉

Holly passed her driving test this morning in Chichester with zero faults and a fantastic drive from start to finish.

Choosing to take your own car to test can add extra pressure, but Holly handled it brilliantly and has really excelled in becoming a safe, confident and capable driver. Her hard work, determination and commitment to developing the right skills have certainly paid off.

Congratulations to Grace on a fantastic first-time pass today with your instructor, Ed! 🎉🚗

I’d been saying for a while that Grace was up to test standard, but she was adamant that she didn’t want to rush it as she didn’t quite feel ready herself. She wanted to make sure she gave herself the best chance of success and absolutely smashed it first time. 🙌

That patience, determination, and hard work certainly paid off today. A well-deserved result and a great achievement.

🎉 Another Test Pass Today! 🎉

Congratulations to Joe on a fantastic pass at Chichester Test Centre this morning.

Joe, who lives in Billingshurst, is one of Keith’s pupils. He had booked his test, but unfortunately Keith wasn’t available on the day, so Joe spent two hours with me last week to help him prepare.

Today, Joe produced a superb drive and achieved a well-deserved pass with just 2 driving faults.

As Joe is Keith’s pupil, Keith’s ADI number was provided to the examiner so the result is correctly recorded against Keith’s instructor record.

A great result and a real credit to the hard work Joe and Keith have both put in.

Well done, Joe – enjoy your new-found freedom and, most importantly, stay safe on the roads! 🚗💨

Another first-time pass! 🎉

Congratulations to Rose on passing her driving test today at Chichester Test Centre on her first attempt.

Rose chose to take her test in her own car, as that’s where she felt most comfortable and confident. It proved to be the right decision, resulting in a fantastic pass and a well-deserved full driving licence.

Yesterday we started Unit 1 of the SCQF Level 8 Diploma in Driver Education – Train the Trainer qualification.

Congratulations to both Steve and Rob for taking a significant step forward in their driving instructor careers. Committing to a qualification of this level demonstrates a real dedication to professional development and raising standards within our industry.

I’m looking forward to working with you both throughout the Diploma and supporting you on your journey.

With Michelle already holding the SCQF Level 8 Diploma in Driver Education, Steve and Rob are now the first instructors in the South of England to begin this qualification. They are setting a fantastic example to others and showing that learning and development should never stop, no matter how experienced we become.

Once qualified, this will mean there are four instructor trainers on the South Coast holding this prestigious qualification, helping to raise standards and support the next generation of driving instructors.

Congratulations to Rachel on a fantastic first-time pass yesterday! 🎉🚗

Having driven an automatic for years back home in Trinidad and Tobago, Rachel already had valuable road experience. The challenge was adapting to UK roads, road signs, driving standards, and test requirements – and she did exactly that.

A well-deserved result and a great achievement. We wish Rachel many years of safe and enjoyable driving on UK roads.

🎤 Proud Announcement 🎤

I’m delighted to announce that I will be speaking at the ADINJC & Intelligent Instructor National Conference & Expo on Sunday 27th September 2026 at Cranmore Park, Solihull. (⁠events.intelligentinstructor.co.uk)

My presentation will focus on body language and how understanding our pupils’ non-verbal communication can help us become more effective driving instructors, improve our coaching skills, and better support learning outcomes.

It’s a real privilege to be sharing the stage with some of the most respected professionals in the driver training industry, and I’m looking forward to meeting instructors from across the UK.
