If you're looking to get away from it all and want a break that won't cost the earth you'll love Holme Valley Camping and Caravan Park, nestling in a corner of the valley on the edge of the Peak District. We are a family run park of 3 generations. We strive to keep our business as green as possible and make the effort to protect our local wildlife and their habitats.

🧐 Something strange is happening...we are fully booked this weekend apart from 3 hardstanding pitches - these are normally the first to go!
Ivy Pod which sleeps 2 and is dog friendly is also available for the weekend.

⚽️ Great news, we have 2 or 3 local pubs showing the England game Saturday evening. More good news, our closest pub just a 10 minute walk away, the Rock Inn Brockholes is also serving a FREE supper at half time - chicken curry, chips and rice!

🦔 A fantastic group of crafters joined our first Eco Craft session yesterday with local artist Helen Robinson Art. We enjoyed some lovely chilled time making beautifully colourful animal masks.
🦊 If you'd like to join us for some crafting we have another session planned for next Saturday 27th June, 3pm until 4pm, this time creating frog and fish catching games!
🌿 You don't have to be staying with us to join in, suitable for children aged 3 to 12. Best to book in advance by calling us on 01484 665819. Hope to see you then!

NEW EVENT added to our Events Calendar - Eco Crafts! Helen Robinson Art will be coming to the park to help children create nature inspired artwork from recycled materials - perfect for crafters aged between 3 and 12 years (both local children and park guests welcome.)
Sessions will take place on:-
Saturday 20th June, 3pm-4pm
Saturday 27th June, 3pm-4pm
Saturday 29th August, 10.30am-11.30am

❤️ This week is National Carers Week and the theme this year is Building Carer Friendly Communities. The fantastic non-profit organisation The Caring Kind Project organise well-deserved breaks for unpaid carers around West Yorkshire. We have been one of the lucky hospitality businesses who have been given the opportunity by The Caring Kind Project to provide holidays for unpaid carers. We feel very fortunate to have met some incredible carers who put their own wellbeing on hold while supporting someone they love - we are grateful for the insight into this side of life which is often overlooked.
Wishing the Caring Kind Team all the best for their fundraising 10km run in Leeds this weekend! ❤️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
