About Us
At Twin Coast Campers we build adventure-ready campervans that take people places they’ll never forget. We’re a small, passionate team based near Exeter and we take real pride in every conversion that leaves our workshop. We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
The Role
This is a hands-on build role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in the full conversion process — carpentry, electrical systems, gas, windows, pop tops, and more. We’ll give you the training you need, but we want someone who brings enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and takes real pride in their work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and fitting out campervans from shell to finished product
- Working across carpentry, electrical, gas, and specialist fit-outs
- Keeping the workshop tidy, organised, and running smoothly
- Bringing ideas and energy to a close-knit team that genuinely cares about quality
- Working to deadlines and taking ownership of your work
What We’re Looking For
- Solid carpentry and woodworking skills — this is essential
- Confident with power tools and working with your hands
- Someone willing, reliable, and easy to work alongside
- A collaborative spirit — we’re a small team and the atmosphere matters
- Campervan or vehicle conversion experience is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude matters more

- Clyst Honiton, Exeter, Devon
- Mon–Thu 8am–4pm | Fri 8am–3:30pm (paid as a full day — our way of saying thanks)
- Pay dependent on experience
- Full-time
