OUR IMPORTANT ANNOUNMENT...

Well, what can we say, nearly two years of fighting to save our business from closure. As many will know we won our appeal against Highland Council planning department 5 weeks ago...or so we thought🤔..but the planning then objected to our licence renewal (I have had an unblemished car dealers licence since 1991) 👍...but according to Planning, and I quote, despite the Scottish Government reporter (judge), stating "we have permission to run a car dealing business" the planning department says that the statement above does not allow us " to sell cars"....anyone on here able to tell us what the difference is?...we were confused. What do you think about that. We are seriously confused. And they did not even have the courtesy to show up at the licencing hearing today, gutless cowards!
Secondly, is our objector. Another gutless coward who did not show up either!(Lots of stories will be published on here over the next few weeks about them - you will not belive the ridiculous lenghts that they have gone to - they are utterly pathetic)Even today, the third late letter of objection this time 50 pages of complete drivel, honestly it would give you the boak🤣) from them was actually delivered when we were in the actual council licencing chamber, our solicitor had not even seen this ever before, the sheer level of desperation and spite was off the charts. But all this did was pi55 of the licencing committee (who were absolutely fantastic today - and we are so thankful the Committee was made up of wonderful and understanding people) who saw through all the ridiculous BS! 100% intelligent councillors for sure 👍..
My faith is completely restored, so thank you very much, you did a wonderful job and saw through the nonsense.
Anyway, HCI have won our fight. Its been a long one- nearly 2 years, and has cost us a LOT! Financially and mentally, but truth ALWAYS prevails...just some things take a bit longer than others to be exposed.
So thank you all for your wonderful support and backing..it truly means a lot to us. We are genuinely sooo grateful to you all, soooo many messages from all over. So tonight we celebrate, and tomorrow we get back to doing what we love.
