Our offerings include a full range of high-quality RYA sailing theory courses and practical training, catering to all skill levels. 🌊 Autumn sailing off the Scottish coast is a proper test for any skipper. Join us for a 7-day mile-builder from Largs to Ireland this October.⛵️

Perfect for aspiring Yachtmasters or newly qualified Coastal and Day Skippers who want to take their skills to the next level.

You will log four 60-mile legs while gaining valuable experience managing night watches. It is the perfect opportunity to build your confidence in real-world skipper skills, including passage planning, pilotage, night sailing, and crew management.

Departing from our base at Largs, we will head south into the Irish Sea with the aim of reaching Dublin. Along the way, we will make stops at Campbeltown, Northern Ireland (Ballycastle), and—weather permitting—the Isle of Man or Belfast (Bangor), before returning to Largs.

We are looking for one female sailor to take the final spot on October sailing adventure onboard the luxurious Beneteau Oceanis 45. Cast off from Gibraltar, navigate Morocco’s Atlantic coast—with stops to explore Tangier, Rabat, Essaouira, and Agadir—before making the crossing to the sunshine of Lanzarote.

It’s a passage that combines three distinct sailing experiences — the gateway of Gibraltar, the culture and coastline of Africa, and the sunshine of the Canaries.

The course is taken over 5 days with a moderator joining at the end of the week. Please note that candidates are required to pass an online pre-course knowledge check prior to attending.
