An excellent ZERO fault driving test pass this afternoon at Dumfries for Fiona Robertson from Bridge of Allan.
Fiona has worked so well to achieve this result and has enjoyed driving in so many different places with her instructors - we even went to visit her horses.

Our instructor Brain had a great day on Sunday, presenting at the IMTD meeting in Coventry.

Brian and another driving instructor trainer Chris Barker, are working with Qualification Scotland to develop the new qualifications for learner drivers and full licence holder and have already set up The Safe Road User Academy which is a Qualifications Scotland Approved Centre.

It is worth researching the benefits of your Omega 3 index levels being in the optimum range of between 8 and 12.
Time for my 6 monthly check on my Omega 3 blood index levels.
Blood taken by me through simple finger prick test and I should get results in 1-2 weeks.
Putting my money where my mouth is regarding the importance of Omega 3 levels and especially brain performance and resilience..
