🚗 A New & Fairer Waiting List System at DriveNorth Academy

Firstly, we’d like to thank every learner who has chosen DriveNorth Academy. 💙

Since introducing our DriveNorth Learners Club Membership, we’ve experienced an incredible increase in demand, with more learners than ever joining our waiting list.

While this is fantastic news, we’ve also noticed a growing challenge.

Many learners join the waiting list simply to secure a place but don’t respond when we contact them with lesson availability. This means valuable lesson spaces are held up while we wait for responses, resulting in genuine learners waiting longer than necessary to begin their driving journey.

After listening to learner feedback and reviewing how our waiting list operates, we’ve decided to introduce two priority waiting list options alongside our existing Free Waiting List.

Our aim is simple: to give learners who are genuinely ready to start driving lessons a fair opportunity to begin as soon as possible while allowing us to manage lesson availability much more efficiently.

However, learners on the Free Waiting List will be contacted after DriveNorth Learners Club Members and Priority Members, and we cannot guarantee a timeframe for when lesson availability will become available.
