️⚽ Seven goals, £7,000 raised.

Last week, the Fix Auto Dagenham team took to the pitch at Dagenham & Redbridge FC for our annual charity match. Fair play to James Titchener and the Enterprise team: they handed us a 2-0 deficit inside the first ten minutes and made us earn every bit of it. We did. Final score: 7️⃣-3️⃣.

But the result that matters most? £7,000 raised for the Sycamore Trust, an organisation doing vital work supporting individuals and families affected by autism and learning difficulties.

Thanks to everyone who came down to cheer us on. The JustGiving page is still open and if you'd like to help us push that total further, every pound counts: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/fixautoenterprisesycamore2026football

Great bodyshops are built on skill. Great teams are built on trust, and that includes knowing someone's got your back.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year's theme? Action.

Since 2022, we've trained over 200 Mental Health First Aiders across the Fix Auto UK group. Led by trainer Carl Norton and accredited through MHFA England, our goal is simple: at least two certified Mental Health First Aiders in every Fix Auto UK repair centre. People who are equipped to listen, to spot the signs and to point colleagues in the right direction.

The action starts with one conversation. We've made sure someone's always ready to have it.
