Good morning everyone ,
Another load of nice looking brown trout, . Put in on the South shore yesterday afternoon, weather's looking bit better for weekend and next week tight lines everyone.
We have boats available this week fully booked Saturday but boats avaliable for Sunday if anyone fancies a wee trip on the boats, just give us a call. We also have a great CL site for caravans and motorhomes if you would like to book give us a call.

May catch return competition winner is Kevin Russell. Kevin caught a beautiful 14lbs brown trout out fishing on 1 of our hire boats on the 30th of May on a tasmanian devil. Well done Kevin let us know when you want your free 4 hour boat hire and we can get you booked in.

We have also started getting some of the fly fishing clubs coming in for there competitions. Now we can say the loch has finally woken up.

SRPS angling club were out on Monday 1st of June. They caught 202 fish for 18 rods.

Bonnybrige angling club were out on the 6th of June and managed 140 fish for 16 anglers with a bad east wind.

Scottish youth fly fishing team were out on Sunday 7th June and caught 240 fish.

Well done everyone and hopefully the weather holds up and we get more great fishing. Tight lines 🎣 🎣🎣🎣

Another load of fish stocked into the loch on Wednesday. Thanks again to Costa springs, Sinnington & Howkeld trout farms for the cracking fish. Not the best videos as the loch is very low and difficult to film in the shallower water. The May catch returns competition is now closed and the winner will be announced in the next couple of days. Kev with a nice 14lbs brown trout today caught out on 1 of our hire boats today. Well done pal on a new PB. Thanks for the quick video. Mixed reports from the boats today some with lots of fish and some with none. Water temperature is creeping up so hopefully not long before the Loch really wakes up. The May cat has returns comp is nearly finished so get you catch returns in for a chance to win a free 4 hour boat hire. Tight lines everbody. 🎣🎣🎣

Another nice fish caught on the Loch Today. Peter with a 6lbs 4oz brown trout out trolling with a 7cm firetiger rapala. The fish was weighed and safely released to fight another day. He also had another 15 fish about the 1-2lbs mark. Hopefully with the better weather the loch is finally starting to warm up. Tight lines everybody. 🎣🎣🎣🎣
