Last week en route to our best ever Golf Day, Chloe and Ruby dropped in to see our magnificent Altrincham team and their recently refitted offices! Managed by Darren Bailey, the team of 8 tailormade and tours specialists, and 4 dedicated group handlers are delivering some unbelievable results. The team of 12 are small in number, but big on talent and professionalism.
If you haven’t already given them a challenging itinerary to quote on, please put them to the test!
Meanwhile, down in Southgate, the challenge of delivering industry leading call wait times continues to be met and last week they scored a significant production on the previous week.
📞 An average Call Waiting Time in reservations for last week was recorded at 12 seconds. With 95% of calls answered in under 2 mins 📞
