Sorry for the rant everybody.

Despite my post a few weeks ago about working times and after hr calling. IT IS STILL CONTINUING
at ridiculous times.. even had a call at 2245hrs last night.. can I ask for a bit of respect please towards myself and family.

YES I am dedicated towards my business and customers but after 14yrs of work work work. I am trying to get a work/life balance.

Garages, and other providers close at 5pm so to think your going to get a response at 2245. One at 0045am is ridiculous.

After a massively busy few weeks I am restricting messages and calls at 6pm.
ANY REPLIES WILL BE MADE THE NEXT MORNING ..

Hi all

As you can imagine its am fully booked now until wed. All i ask if your appointment is at a certain time then please come on time.
I can only allow 10mins after your appointment time to allow for unavoidable reasons.

As you can imagine one lateness has a snowball effect on the rest of the pre booked customers which isn't really fair on them. otherwise you will have to rebook .

Even getting customers with same day appointments completed.
